Perfect Peace

Hi!  This is am image I took while visiting St. Augustine, Florida.  The shot didn't look this good at the time, though.
It was rather monotone.  A solarizing filter did wonders for it by making it much more dramatic.  It has a lot more contrast than the original.  This image even got a merit at the Florida Professional Photographers Salon competition for Digital Art---and those are
NOT easy to come by in my book.  (ok, I don't actually have a book...)

That's the beauty of trying things in Photoshop---you never know where you will end up.  The possibilities are endless.

A much larger framed print will be showing for one more week along with my other work at the Beaches Museum &
History Center in Jacksonville Beach. Come by and visit, then let me know what you think!
