Night Moves

Hi---Time for some night moves...with your camera? I shot this recently while driving down the street
after the Foundation Academy Graduation ceremony. Teachers had to be there at 6pm and it was
POURING DOWN rain, streets were flooded & everyone arrived soaked to the skin.
That might have been a factor in the main speaker not appearing. But, Principal Nadia Hionides,
was on the ball and gave a SHORT (which was great) inspiring message.
About 9pm all was said & done and the rain was very light. So as I drove home, I had my camera
set on the widest angle with a focus point in the middle & everything on automatic. It was
on my dashboard so it would be relatively steady. I took several shots without looking through
the viewfinder. (It's kinda hard to look through the viewfinder, steer the car and use a stick-shift
all at the same time.) These shots are FUN because you just don't know what you'll get-----
some will turn out rather nicely and others will be interesting because of the motion.
I'm, of course, NOT telling you to take pictures while you are driving. It's really better if you
can be the passenger and actually aim the camera....
Summer is a great time to experiment with your camera and learn exactly what it can and cannot do.
Blessings!
