My Big Thanks

Hi!  Hope you're having a short week.  We're about to head north to visit some family for
the traditional Thanksgiving feeding, fun & fellowship.  Celebrating in a place with autumn leaves
makes it even nicer---though there are some who would prefer palms, I'm sure.

I was going to try to come up with some clever list of things to be thankful for to match the letters
in the word.  Okay, it's not a novel idea.  It turned out most of many of my favorite things
started with F: fun, fellowship, feeding, friends, family, etc.

It was getting kinda lame, so I decided to go for my TOP TEN LIST instead.  (Oh, yeah, GO JAGS!
Amazing number of turnovers in that game Sunday, but somehow they won!)  Here we go. . . .

I'm thankful for beautiful sunsets (I have enjoyed capturing thousands of them), the clear blue
sky we have in Jacksonville most days, nature such as birds & wild animals, flowing water, plants,
trees and flowers, vacations that rejuvenate us, the power & sound of the ocean. . .

the freedom we enjoy as Americans to work, play, buy things and go places, our pets,
the furry & feathered friends who fill that special place in our hearts . . .

I'm thankful for art that remains beautiful after hundreds of years, the endless love of God and his provision for our redemption. . . And of course, our family and friends!

I hope you will have a fantastic THANKSGIVING, and remember to give thanks!
