Life in the Wild, Wild West

GREETINGS!  I’m actually in the great state of Texas this week, so I’m featuring some southwestern flora & fauna.  I love the natural botanical shapes.  So, without further adieu. . .

                    Golden Barrel                                       Sideways Saguaro

Aloe - There was a really interesting pattern on the leaves created by the leaves below as they grow.
Mine aren't that talented back in Florida.

                  Red Yucca                           Saguaro                  Lemaireocereus Chichipe

Lastly, a little bitty, baby Desert Cottontail well camouflaged in it's brown environment.

PHOTOTIP:  When you go somewhere, even on a family trip, take your camera.  You never know what
interesting subjects you might accidentally find.  When you find it remember to shoot it from various angles.

BLESSINGS!
