Cool Phone Apps
GREETINGS---our weather is back up to the 70's now--quite nice. The only drawback is that the terrible fine yellow particles have begun to coat my car completely----pollen! And, it's still January. What a rip-off!
I'm going to revisit Digi Pixels from Lifepics.com for some advice about fun phone apps you can download Apple iStore. The prices vary widely. Many are free, many have limited, very specific purposes and the more deluxe and expensive ones have more functions. There are probably many more apps out there---and lots for the Android market as well.
Instagram is a FREE app that allows you to take photos on your phone, then use a variety of different filters to change the look and feel of the photos. The app also lets you easily share the filtered photos to a variety of social networks and other sites. Learn more at Instagram.com.
Hipstamatic is another cool app that lets you take photos using a variety of retro lenses, cameras, and filters built right into the app. You can change different lenses or cameras with the swipe of your finger to take retro looking photos. $1.99 Learn More: hipsmaticapp.com

allows you to order, view, and share your photos from your online photo account! It's a free app that lets you log into your online photo account to view and share your photos or order pix from your phone's photo library to your local store! Lifepics.com look under apps
Lifepics Facebook app allows you to order all of your Facebook photos, including photos you are tagged in, and pick up the prints at your local store or have them shipped to you. The app is totally free and easy to use! FREE.

is one of those apps for people who are constantly on their phones and want everyone to know where they are and what they're doing. You can take photos, videos, share, tag your location, add captions and emoticons. You can even chat live with other people you share with who have the app installed. Path is a free app for iPhone.
